We're going to have a fancy interface that lets you easily add your site, but we don't yet. This is coming pretty soon but we're students, and it's actually finals week right now. So, it might be a little while before this is ready.
For now, just send an email to comic.requests (at) isitfunnytoday.com and we'll check it out.
We do have a few basic rules, though:
First, we're going to require that your website has at least 30 comics posted, which is just to ensure quality content that is going to be around for a while.
Second, we also require that you have an RSS feed that includes a permalink to each comic. For example, a comic entry would link to 'http://www.site.com/view.php?id=123' instead of just 'http://www.site.com/'.
Finally, because of the HUGE amount of requests we have received, we unfortunately have to instigate a minimum traffic limit. Your site should have at least average few hundred unique hits a day.
